May also operate other equipment and break down and receive products from vendors. There are three different shifts. The individual's normal work hours are Monday through Friday. Occasionally it may be necessary for this individual to work outside of their normal scheduled hours; according to business needs. Overtime must be approved by your manager.STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE:Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving products.Transporting and putting away material to different locations within the facilityOptimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency. Securing loads to the forklift before transportingCompleting pre- and post-check inspections on lifts to ensure they are safe to operate.Receiving and putting away incoming orders within a timely manner (48-hour window).Replenishing the stock from bulk bins to primary locations.Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment. Identifying workplace safety hazards.Adhering to production schedules.Ability to use computer and radio frequency devices (RF gun).Must be able to operate powered material handling equipment (order picker, pallet jack, etc.) safely. Individuals will be certified in the use of equipment.Must be able to meet department productivity KPI standards.Good work ethic and ability to interface effectively with others in the company.All work areas must be kept clean and free of debris. Individuals may be assigned to other warehouse duties as needed.REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Attention to detail is a must. Must be able to lift 40 lbs on a continual basis Must be able to read and write EnglishMust be reliable and on time to work each day.Ability to learn to use computer and radio frequency devices (RF gun).Must be forklift certified and be able to use an order picker (train).Must be reliable and on-time to work each day.
