As a Client and Vendor Relationship Coordinator, you will work with a team of professionals dedicated to total client satisfaction. This role is critically important to our growth and success. The Client and Vendor Relationship Coordinator will play a major part in advancing our mission by overseeing all facets of client satisfaction within the vendor service model.ResponsibilitiesEnthusiastically support, promote, and adhere to our Core Values: accountability, continuous improvement, winwin (1+1=3), unity, integrity, safety, and respectSupport, adhere to, and enforce company policiesAttentively monitor and respond to client concerns and issuesFollow through on service issues that need improvementContract set-up, ongoing monitoring, and invoices from our internal systemAssist fellow team members with secondary revenue opportunities set-up and delivery to clientProcess vendor invoices, verifying reporting requirements are complete and complete internal process to ensure timely payment to vendorsOversee internal and external systems to review vendor performance and complianceIdentify and make recommendations to the upper management regarding failing vendorsAct as a liaison between vendors and other team membersAs needed, cooperate with the sourcing and recruitment team to dispatch back-up vendors or source new vendorsHelp identify service priorities on sites and offer directions to vendors based on client's immediate business needsAlways representing the company and brand in a positive mannerContinue to develop and improve skills and techniques through a commitment to continuous improvementStay well-informed of changes and advances in the industrySome on-call and emergency responses may be necessary Requirements Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a customer service industry that uses a vendor network to complete contract requirements.A flexible individual who understands urgent business matters may require extra commitment when necessaryAbility to influence and persuade, develop, and maintain professional relationshipsComfortable with changeDemonstration of critical thinking and problem solvingAbility to multitask, prioritize and work independently while maintaining strong attention to detailHighly motivated self-starterPossess exceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and expert level proficiency in ExcelExperience working in a position with extensive outbound call requirementsMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and is subject to reasonable suspicion and post incident drug testingSatisfactory background checkMust sign confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-solicit agreementJob Duties may change at any time due to business needs.
