Position Responsibilities: Deliver expert anesthetic care tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Design and execute individualized anesthesia protocols to ensure optimal outcomes. Partner with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and technicians, to provide holistic patient care. Provide mentorship and training to small animal rotating interns, fostering their growth and development. Communicate clearly and compassionately discussing treatment plans, procedures, and expected results. Qualifications: DVM or equivalent degree. Board certification or residency training in veterinary anesthesia. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Dedication to compassionate patient care and client education.
