The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Supervisor will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.The Maintenance Supervisor diagnoses and performs minor and routine maintenancerepair, as directed on a daily basis:Electrical - Examines and repairs electric circuits and components.Plumbing - Repairs and replaces piping systems and fixtures including opening clogged drains.AC and heating systems.Appliances Examines diagnoses and repairs all components of all major appliances.Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings.Tile, carpet, flooring.Roofing, gutters, teriorexterior lights.Fireplaces, ceiling fans.Gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable).Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors.Boiler, gas and electric.Door locks, mailboxes, and locks.Security systems (where applicable).Ceiling leaks.Walls - Repair damaged plasterdrywall surfaces of walls and ceilings matching existing surfaces.Paint - Repairs and paints any areas required.The maintenance supervisor meets daily with the Property Manager to provide updates and review open work orders.
