As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll set the tone for their experience-ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and elevated dining experience from the moment they arrive.What You'll Do: Greet and guide guests to their designated tables as directed by the matre d'.Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests, colleagues, and management.Maintain a clean and organized entrance and host stand.Ensure all Department of Health and company sanitation standards are met.Assist with answering guest inquiries, coat check (if applicable), and general guest needs.Prepare and organize menus for service.Assist with side work, openingclosing procedures, and team support as needed.Attend pre-shift meetings and actively engage in ongoing training.
