Our dealership is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team!Responsibilities:Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for reconciliation.Prepare and issue payments via check, ACH, and other payment methods.Maintain vendor records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.Assist with month-end closing tasks and financial municate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting best practices.Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.Requirements:1-3 years of general accounting experience (dealership experience preferred).Familiarity with accounts payable processesStrong attention to detail and accuracy.
