Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.Budget Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and provide regular financial reports to senior management. Identify cost-saving opportunities.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors, to achieve project goals. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
