SummaryThe Manager, Recruitment & Admissions is responsible for supporting the implementation of an inclusive and innovative admissions process to drive quality candidates into training programs in New York City and successfully meet enrollment benchmarks. Local Learner Admissions Manage a rigorous outreach and admissions process throughout its entire lifecycle, ensuring targets and benchmarks for recruitment and admissions are achieved Receive and process candidate applications, including conducting information sessions, administering relevant assessments, participating in face-to-face candidate interviews. Communicate with candidates while quickly building rapport and trust. Leverage social media and email campaigns to attract and connect with potential learnersAttend to all administrative tasks to ensure compliance with licensing regulations Conduct presentations and administer off-site information sessions. Attend networking events to increase Per Scholas' visibility in the community to recruit prospective learners with an interest and passion for careers in the ITindustry.Lead and manage direct reports, fostering professional growth, accountability, and collaboration.Make referrals to supportive services andor alternative programs for applicants, as appropriate. Requires on-site presence three days per week at the Per Scholas New York Brooklyn campus. When needed, work out of the Bronx Per Scholas campus. Salesforce Admissions Operations Utilize Salesforce to track learner candidates through the admissions process, noting assessments, interview outcomes and workflow status.Create reporting tools to track the admissions pipeline by cohort to ensure enrollment benchmarks are successfully reached.Track all required enrollment solutions in Salesforce for each launched cohort.QualificationsThrive in a fast past environment while maintaining a high degree of precision, organization and attention to detailsAbility to balance learner-centric lens and approach with any other client driven pressure Excellent written, communication, and follow-up skills to coordinate with applicants, team members, instructors, management and other stakeholders Ability to prioritize, execute tasks, and remain focused in a fast-paced environmentExperience in recruitment, tech recruiting preferred Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software, platforms, and digital toolsComfortable in working with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred 1-3 years of experience managing and developing others, preferredA people leader who cares about and invests in direct reports, sets them up to succeed and supports their future growth #LI-HybridFor this role specifically, we are targeting a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000, where the difference in salary is typically determined by several factors, including geography in which the selected candidate resides and alignment with qualifications and experienceQUESTIONS?If you have any questions about this role, please feel free to email our Talent team at .
