Our mission is to provide health and human services that empower individuals, families, and communities to live healthier, self-determined lives. We are seeking a Site Manager to join our Developmental Intellectual Disabilities program in Philadelphia, PA. The Site Manger will assist with day-to-day management of participants. The ideal candidate enjoys working in an ever-changing environment and helping those with disabilities.Site Manager Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with internalexternal regulatory, policy and procedural requirementsWork with COMHAR maintenance team and program management to ensure that the home complies with all health and safety requirementsEnsure that DSPs are teaching and providing support to build on participants' strengths.Offer in-house training to DSP's and pursue opportunities for professional growth.Provide regular individual supervision to DSPsWork with Nursing and Program Specialists to ensure health maintenance follow-through and illness prevention.Develop programming to ensure that consumers are living full, meaningful livesCoordinate transportation including monitoring of vehicle modifications; ongoing training on how to operate adaptive equipment.Ensure that team members are adhering to the Individual Support Plans of each participant.Monitor consumer funds to ensure fiscal compliance.Support medication administration process by auditing MAR, conducting practicum observations, and ensuring that onsite medications are current.Audit documentation, including progress notes, medical documentation and behavioral plete monthly consumer summaries.Partner with Program Specialist to ensure that all monthlyquarterlyannual documentation is maintain in accordance with programmatic and regulatory requirements.Ensure that homes and participants have adequate supplies (groceries, cleaning supplies, clothing, hygiene items, paper goods, etc.).Attend required meetings and trainings.Support staffconsumers during off-hours via on-call responsibilitiesProvide emergency coverage to home(s) as neededAll other duties assignedFull Time Employees are eligible for generous benefit options including but not limited to:Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance with plan options to fit your needsLife and Long Term Disability Insurance403B Retirement Savings PlanPaid Time Off (Holiday, sick, PTO, vacation)Tuition ReimbursementEmployee Assistance ProgramAdditional supplemental voluntary insurance options including Disability, Accident and Pet Insurance Requirements High School plus 4 years of supervisory experience working with intellectual Developmental Disability or Autism OrAA + 60 college credits in Human Service discipline + 2 years of supervisory experience working directly with Intellectual Developmental Disability or Autism.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, etc)Valid driver's license & own vehicle requireWe are proud to be an EEO employer MFDV.
