This role will assist with root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement fixes, supporting overall workflow while promoting safety, quality awareness, mentoring and training for maintenance staff. This position will report to the Maintenance Manager and is located at Pompeian HQ at 4201 Pulaski Highway Baltimore, MD 21224. Maintenance Supervisor Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent education required, Higher education preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management position with multi-line production experience preferably in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food manufacturing industry Working mechanical knowledge of manufacturing equipmentWorking knowledge of computer systems and basic software applicationsGood organizational and team skillsAble to prioritize multiple tasks and ever-changing assignments and dutiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to mentor and lead a team of maintenance technicians Keen eye for quality details and a passion to produce resultsAbility to trouble shoot and develop solutionsMaintenance Supervisor Pay & Perks:Starting range is 85-95K with opportunities for advancementPosition is eligible to receive annual bonusHours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:30pm.
