IT Auditor

Title: IT Auditor 12 Months+ Experience with IFS would be great. Key Responsibilities: Control Design Review: Assess System development life cycle (SDLC) and IT control designs to ensure compliance with readiness criteria. Ensure key SOX controls are implemented and operating throughout the project lifecycle and stabilization period. Communication and Reporting: Communicate control requirements clearly to management. Regularly report on the progress and outcomes of compliance activities to key stakeholders. Identify, track, and resolve any issues or risks related to control compliance. Role and Permission Review: Review proposed role designs and user permissions. Evaluate Delegation of Authority (DOA) and ensure it aligns with future design requirements. Ensure Sensitive Access (SA) and Segregation of Duties (SOD) rules are considered in project designs. Onboarding and Documentation: Review onboarding documents related to compliance tools, such as SailPoint. Provide observations and recommendations for improvement. Audit Support: Facilitate the scheduling of meetings and collection of audit artifacts. Assist in regular meetings with internal and external audit stakeholders to align on audit scope, schedule, and results. Support IT management in responding to audit issues and implementing recommendations. Track audit findings and ensure management action plans are developed and followed up on. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in IT compliance, audit coordination, or a related role. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. In-depth knowledge of SOX controls and IT compliance frameworks. Familiarity with audit management systems and compliance tracking tools. Preferred Skills: If you have someone with experience with that would be great SailPoint, or other identity governance solutions. Knowledge of SDLC methodologies. Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.
