DescriptionPermanent Supportive Housing Case ManagerRate: $42,000 to $58,000 based on education, experience, and program.Full Time - 40 hoursweekThe YMCA of Central Ohio is seeking dedicated and passionatecandidates for our Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager Position.Successful candidates are dedicated to working with homeless individualsproviding assistance, advocacy, and support to them as they move quicklyinto housing and provide client-driven services to assist in maintaininghousing.A successful candidate will have a passion for serving the homelesscommunity; embrace a housing first service model, utilizing harm reduction,progressive engagement, and trauma-informed care methodologies inclient engagement.
