Working with a small team of 4-5 prep cooks in the mornings is part of the responsibility of the prep cook.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDaily shift management, including labour controls and line check systemsOversee all revenue periods and preparation and management of fresh made prep recipesManagement of prep charts ensuring freshness, shelf life and proper food safe practices are controlledTo produce all assigned prep items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes and techniques of the company.Broiler cook responsible for preparing a variety of cuts to the guest's specification.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE * Excellent high volume culinary production skillsTeam leadership in highly engaged kitchen areaExecution of revenue periodsSeeking experienced broiler cook, full time evenings with competitive pay in the Uptown Dallas marketOTHER KEY ATTRIBUTES * Highly organized.Personal commitment to continuous improvement.Ambassadorship - Complete understanding and belief in company philosophy.Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in stressful situations.A positive, outgoing personality.Punctual and reliableHigh energy and motivated.
