Our client, a boutique law firm located in Midtown, is looking for a meticulous administrative analyst to help provide support to their office. This person should value professionalism, efficiency, and a collaborative work environment. While there is not a need for a legal background, this person should be proficient in Excel and enjoy tasks that require paying close attention to detail. Responsibilities: Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and presentations. Maintain and organize client files, both electronic and hard copies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards. Assist in managing case files, docketing deadlines, and tracking court filings. Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, court personnel, and other external parties. Coordinate billing and invoicing, including tracking attorney billable hours and generating invoices. Support office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating with vendors. Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with courts and government agencies. Ensure compliance with firm policies, legal procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred; legal studies or related field a plus. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an administrative or legal support role. Extreme attention to detail is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and legal software (e.g., Clio, PracticePanther, or similar). Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Salary: $80-100K base (DOE) + Bonus + Great benefits Hours: 9am-5pm 5x a week in Midtown office#IND1
