W2 Only Location: 388 Greenwich, NYC (3 days onsite - hybrid) Duration: End Date 123125 Role: Markets Resolution & Recovery Planning Team (1LoD) FOCUSED on QFC preventative controls JD: The Risk and Control team directly supports Markets globally.Our goal is to establish and maintain a robust 1st Line of Defense control environment and culture to minimize operational risk within the business.Markets Resolution & Recovery Planning Team is a sub team within Risk and Control.Core daily responsibilities include:We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join the Markets Resolution & Recovery Planning Team, supporting Qualified Financial Contracts oversight•Support assessment, analysis and implementation of regulatory requirements related to RRP with key focus on QFC Stay and Bail in rules).•Enhance controlsgovernance, as well as policy and procedures for Stay and Bail in.•Coordinate and implement strategies and pre-trade controls to evidence regulatory compliance.•Data Quality Metrics - Review and investigate data quality check and produce monthly control dashboard.Required Qualifications:Successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in either RRP, Business Risk and Control, CAO team, Regulatory Reporting, or ProductFinancial Control related functions.•Good understanding of trading agreements, e.g., ISDA and legal contracts related collateral rights.•Project experience or working knowledge of pre-trade approval or system architecture.•Fundamental knowledge of US and UK Recovery & Resolution Planning requirements and other applicable regulations.•Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.•Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; must be a creative problem solver.#LI-AT3Pay Range: $80-$85hr W2 (Negotiable)The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
