Selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment for multiple projects at BWI and MTN Airports as well as other MES operated facilities located throughout the state. This position requires the ability to perform confined space entry, use of a respirator, ability to work outside, and the ability to work a flexible schedule when assigned. This is a designated emergency essential facility, and therefore the ability to work nights, weekends, and during adverse weather conditions will be required. The Senior Electrician position requires five (5) years of experience performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment. The Lead Electrician position requires seven (7) years of applicable work experience, plus two (2) years of supervisory experience, and possession of a journeyperson electrician's license valid in the State of Maryland. Formal schooling from an accredited vocational school with a major in a related field may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for up to three (3) years of the required experience.Applicants must be able to obtain a Homeland Security Clearance. Must possess a valid driver's license meeting the requirements of Maryland law, with less than 5 points.
