In this position, you will conduct blood specimen collection, support daily operations, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of tests and procedures, ensuring a professional and efficient experience for our customers.Responsibilities:Perform blood draws in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to recognized organizations and state regulations guidelines Assist with daily operational tasks, such as maintaining inventory, handling specimens, and processing test requisitionsDeliver outstanding customer service, including confidently recommending lab tests and making our clients feel at ease during the phlebotomy processSupport toxicology testing and DNA collectionsPossess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as neededParticipate in team training and continuous education programs in line with Any Lab Test Now protocols Maintain strong organizational skills to manage inventory, records, and order suppliesRequirements:A valid phlebotomy licenseAt least 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting preferredFamiliarity with various types of blood collection tubes and proceduresStrong multitasking abilities and excellent interpersonal skillsA commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulationsSales or customer service experienceProficiency in the use of MS Word and Email; Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plusExperience conducting DOT drug screens is a plusMedical Assistant license is a plusHours for this position are as follows:Full Time Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 6:00PM AND Saturday 10:00AM - 2:00PMAny Lab Test Now fosters a supportive and inclusive environment for all our team members.
