Role: Chief Advisory Operations OfficerLocation: Cleveland, OHOur client a leading professional services company that includes Financial Advisory Forensic Consulting, Private Equity Advisory, Risk Advisory, Valuation, and ARC Accounting is looking or a Chief Advisory Operations OfficerAs our Chief Advisory Operations Officer - Our client is committed to providing multidisciplinary, agile financial advisory solutions that respond to the complexity of your business' needs today while simultaneously pursuing tomorrow's opportunities.Because of our collaborative team approach, you'll benefit from innovative strategies that address your business holistically, helping you to focus on what matters most - supporting your people, outpacing your competitors, and growing your business.With more than 1,000+ dedicated Advisory professionals nationwide, you have near-immediate access to financial specialists who will partner with you to strategically manage through transactions, mitigate risk, address regulatory matters, capitalize on growth opportunities and advise on other success-critical business needs.Critical Success Factors The Chief Advisory Operations Officer COO will be responsible for and evaluated regarding their success in the following key areas:Demonstrates growth mindset, intellectual curiosity and a bias towards impactful action, by partnering with the National Advisory Leader and leadership to execute on the strategic growth plan of our clients advisoryServes as thought partner to National Advisory leader with respect to driving operational efficiencies across Advisory Services.Implements strategic initiatives to enhance cross-selling between the various Advisory services.Demonstrates deep working understanding of various advisory services and develops clear KPIs to drive increased efficiency and ensures operational reporting is systematic, consistent, and scalable.Builds strong relationships with key constituencies, including Advisory practice leaders while also demonstrating leadership to hold eachAdvisory service accountable and incentivized to drive efficiency.Services and operational lead on various technology initiativesEssential Functions and Primary Duties of Chief Advisory OperationsDevelop and execute the operational strategy for our advisory practice, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.Lead and mentor a diverse team of operational professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.Drive innovation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our service offerings and deliver cutting- edge solutions to clients.Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement the organization's offshoring strategy, ensuring optimal utilization of a global workforce.Establish robust metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability.Foster strong client relationships, partnering with them to understand their operational challenges and develop customized solutions that deliver value.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging practices related to operational improvements, innovation, and offshoring.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales, marketing, and finance, to align operational goals with overall business objectives.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies throughout all operational processes.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements, innovation initiatives, and implementing offshoring strategies with a global workforce.Strong understanding of operational processes, including process optimization, quality management, and project management methodologies.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.Strategic thinker with a track record of translating strategic goals into actionable operational plans.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Knowledge of relevant technologies, digital transformation, and data analytics is highly desirable.Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in related field8 years of experience in related field6 years supervisory experienceCertification preferredAbility to manage deadlinesAbility to work on multiple assignments and prioritize accuratelyProficient use of applicable technologyDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally (and externally as applicable)Proven high level of business integrity, client service and leadership skillsMust be able to travel based on department needsAttention Employers!Seeking exceptional talent?
