You'll start enjoying benefits as soon as the first of the month following 30 days of employment!Benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA & FSA401(k) eligibility the first of the month following 90 days of employment with employer match & Profit Sharing after one full year of employmentAccrue 2+ weeks of PTO in the first year of employment and paid holidaysEmployer paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityEmployee DiscountsEducational Assistance ProgramPrimary ResponsibilitiesMust possess a CDL license and current Hazmat endorsement to ensure safe transportation of hazardous materials and compliance with regulatory requirements.Properly handle hazardous materials, including mixing, tinting paint, and ensuring safe cleanup of spills, while maintaining knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and hazard identification information.Operate forklift and other equipment to safely receive and move freight, ensuring warehouse cleanliness and the proper rotation of inventory.Assist with shipping and delivery duties, ensuring safe handling and transport of hazardous products to customers, in compliance with safety protocols.Promote safety awareness and accident prevention, including adherence to PPE guidelines and continuous improvement in handling hazardous materials and equipment.QualificationsThe ideal candidate for the part-time Delivery DriverWarehouse Associate II role will have a high school diploma or GED, prior customer service experience, and strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Warehouse experience, including rotating stock, and familiarity with aerospace operations are highly preferred. The role involves physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs, and handling hazardous materials safely. Attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks, and regular computer use for order processing are essential.
