Senior FM / IM - Manhattan ( Tribeca ) - New York

A services organization in New York City is currently an experienced, licensed Physician, with a Family andor Internal Medicine background, for a promising opportunity at one of their facilities in Manhattan as a Senior Attending Physician. Responsibilities: The Senior Attending Physician will: Perform general health evaluations Review medical histories and test results Handle regular patient testing, including audiometry, vision screening, spirometry, electrocardiogram, cardiac stress tests, and laboratory results Work with support staff on further testing, patient follow-up, charting and reporting Examine client employment candidates for appropriate fitness, including pre-employment exams, and make appropriate dispositions regarding the patient meeting employment requirements Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working within a Medical Practice andor similar setting Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York Experience treating C-Suite level and other corporate professionals as patients Desired Skills: Board certification in Internal Medicine andor a Primary Care specialty Medical Review Officer certification Knowledge of Cardiovascular Risk, Lipid Management, Obesity, Stress Management and Lifestyle issues Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) Computer savvy Microsoft Office proficient Your privacy is important to us.
