Field Engineer

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) + matchWork Location: BrooklynQueens, NY (onsite Monday to Friday)Note: Experience working on MTA projects representing GC is a mustDutiesResponsibilities: Field Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily project activities, coordinating with laborers, and ensuring smooth on-site operationsDevelop, update and manage submittals, change orders, RFI's, Project schedule, purchase ordersConformance with the contract documents and for the Contractor's implementation of quality assurance and quality controlMaintain positive relationships and effective communications between all parties involved in the field constructionConduct quality inspections, determine QC deficiencies, if any, and manage corrections when requiredCoordinate and sequence all field activities, material deliveries and required special inspections. Also, with various parties (supplier, crew, GC, internal)Conduct site survey and hold point inspectionsMaintain an organized and detailed project recordsAssist project manager with the oversight of contract administration and anyall onsite construction related issuesAdministrative duties (daily construction report, photo report, sign in sheets, meeting notes, updating various documents in real time)Actual construction experience and understanding of trade termsreferenceAbility to use MS suite (office, word, excel, etc.)English proficientStrong knowledge and experience in working on concrete structures is requiredExperience working on MTA projects is requiredMinimum Requirements: Administrative duties (daily construction report, photo report, sign in sheets, meeting notes, updating various documents in real time) Coordination with various parties (supplier, crew, GC, internal) Ability to read and understand plansblueprints Actual construction experience, if not, at least basic understanding of trade termsreference Ability to use MS suite (office, word, excel, etc.) Proficiency in English Moneyline Group LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
