As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and recommending appropriate vehicle repair and maintenance services.ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers to understand their vehicle issues and concernsProvide accurate and detailed information about available repair and maintenance servicesAssist customers in scheduling appointments and ensure timely completion of servicesCoordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and communicate repair updates to customersPrepare cost estimates and effectively explain service charges to customersUpsell additional services and products to meet customer needs and maximize revenueMaintain customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely mannerMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and service historyRequirementsPrior 2 year experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service roleStrong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyDetail-oriented and organizedProficient in using automotive service softwareHigh school diploma or equivalentBenefits AvailableCompetitive compensation ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per yearHealthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement plan with employer matchingPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and development opportunitiesA supportive and inclusive work environment
