Current Journeyman flat rate: $43.75 per book hour.Award-Winning Team: Work with experienced professionals in a positive and collaborative environment.Employee DiscountEmployee Referral ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramFSAWhat We're Looking For:Automotive Experience: Previous experience in the automotive industry is required.Preferred Qualifications: ASE Certification andor General Motors Center of Learning Training.Clean Driving Record: A valid and clean driving record is pliance: Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.Age Requirement: Must be 19 years of age or older.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Service Advisors: Discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements.Diagnose and Repair: Maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.Warranty Repairs: Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.Efficient Work: Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.Vehicle Inspections: Conduct proper vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
