QA Engineer

DescriptionOverview:The Baldor QA team is looking for an Integration QA Engineer who excels at identifying and debugging data inconsistencies and will support integrations between Baldor's web and mobile applications, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and other third-party platforms. This role is critical in maintaining seamless data flow across systems, verifying data accuracy, and validating backend workflows.Job Requirements:•Strong experience in backend testing, including SQL proficiency for writing and executing complex queries.•Expertise in integration testing, particularly validating stored procedures (SP) and confirming data consistency across systems.•Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and database validation.•Familiarity with ETL testing and data validation processes.•Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP platforms is a plus.•Experience with backend test automation - API andor database automation using Postman, Rest Assured, or SQL scripts is a plus.•Knowledge of performance testing for high-volume data transactions is a plus.Key Responsibilities:•Validate data accuracy and backend workflows by writing and executing complex SQL queries to test stored procedures (SP), data consistency, and business logic.•Test system integrations between D365, Baldor's internal and customer-facing webmobile applications, and third-party platforms such as HighJump (WMS) and Ortec (route optimization) to confirm seamless data exchange.•Lead API-driven database validation using Postman and validate ETL processes, verifying that extracted, transformed, and loaded data remain accurate.•Conduct end-to-end testing when Microsoft releases D365 updates, assessing their impact on integrations and backend data flows.•Collaborate with developers and system architects to refine integration workflows and adapt end-to-end test cases in response to system changes.Who You Are:We're looking for a skilled Integration QA Engineer who will fit right in with our team that values: Honesty & Transparency - We believe in open communication, owning our work, and learning from mistakes.Willingness to Help - We support each other, share knowledge, and collaborate to build a strong testing culture.Fun & Positive Energy - We enjoy what we do and bring good vibes to the team while staying focused and professional.If that sounds like you, we'd love to have you on board!#LI-KZ1
