Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading spa, fitness and leisure consulting and management firms, is seeking a Staff Accountant. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, account reconciliation, journal entries, as well as documenting and evaluating current procedures. Areas of focus include general accounting, AP, GL, inventory analysis, and preparation and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statements. Other duties may include budgeting and forecasting and trend analysis.Responsibilities:Monthly customer invoicing - verify to contract any changesBiweekly payroll invoicing - Review reports and verify calculations to distribute payroll invoices, adjusting as neededReimbursable expense billing - ensure billable expenses are appropriately chargedReview incentive calculations and issue appropriate invoicesAddress client inquiries on invoices issuedUpload necessary documentation to client portals including COIs, invoices, credits, etc. (VendorCafe (VendorCafe | Sign In), Coupa (Coupa Supplier Portal), Nexus (Connected by Nexus), NetVendor (NetVendor AdminMonth end close assistance review of your assigned accountsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance or the equivalent experience plus two to five years of related experience.Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.Effective oral and written communication skills.
