To perform this job well you will need to be able to drive a high roof cargo van (please look these up online, they are large), make 150-200 stops per day delivering 300-350 packages per day. You will have to work quickly and efficiently. You will walk 3-4 miles per day during your delivery route.As a delivery associate you are required to use a cell phone we provide for GPS guidance and scanning packages. We require 100% accuracy on package delivery. We operate 7 days a week. We work in all weather conditions. You will be scheduled for 40 (or more) hours per week on a 4 day work week. You will be required to work at least one weekend day each week. Our day starts at 11:40 AM and is scheduled until 9:40 pm.This job rewards drivers that can get the job done well. We provide good wages and benefits. You will also be eligible for bonuses and rewards for drivers that are high performers. We have a unique bonus program that rewards safe and efficient driving. We will pay you for 10 hours per day even is you are done early (less than 10 hours).
