Installation Trainer/Carpenter

This position involves extensive travel, working outdoors in diverse conditions, and showcasing expertise in carpentry and installation projects.Requirements:Ability to travel overnight up to 4 nightsweek for 35 weeks out of the yearHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 3 years experience in carpentry, roofing andor exterior home improvements; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous experience installing patio rooms andor sunrooms preferred but not required.Experience with warranty resolution and dealing with homeowners preferred.Knowledge of building codes and permit regulations.Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people.Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.Must possess valid travel documents to travel to Canada as needed.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to write detailed, accurate reports.Must demonstrate proficiency in mathematical skillsMust demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office software products.Ability to work on Saturdays when needed.Ability to perform manual physical labor for full work day.Ability to regularly lift up to 70 lbs.Ability to work on ladders and roofs up to thirty (30) feet high*Must live local to the Souderton, PA area*We recognize our employees as our greatest asset and we provide them with a great place to work!
