We are hiring for a retail operations coordinator for a top luxury brand in New York, NY! Our client is seeking an organized, resilient and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator, with an understanding of boutique operations and procedures. This role reports to the Director of Retail Operations and will support our network of 27 boutiques with the achievement of sales, strategic objectives and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Procure POS materials from our HQ team and fulfill monthly requests from our Boutique network Manage invoicing of Boutique services in collaboration with Finance, including NSPO creation and monthly goods receipt Facilitate omnichannel order flow (Click from Store) Manage uniform allocations for retail staff ensuring budget alignment, timely and accurate delivery with supplier, quality control as needed Support with new store openings and renovations, liaising with cross-functional teams and local vendors Track & communicate incentive updates to Full Price and Outlet boutique network Manage maintenance projects to ensure a high standard across boutique network Manage maintenance and service program as per guidelines and in line with budget Support Retail teams in execution of maintenance and service processes and actions Special projects, as needed Required Qualifications: Prior experience working in luxury retail Proficiency in SAP, Outlook, Word, Excel Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision Superior organizational and follow up skills Clear and concise communicator who can execute quickly and effectively Excellent problem solving skills - know how to deescalate issues as they arise and turn challenges into opportunities Team player with a collaborative approach to working with different departments and boutique members Fluent in English If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
