Role: Business Analyst Project Name: OCSS Systems Location: NY, NY- Onsite Client : State of NY - DSS Federal Client Job Description: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: ECFS is a web-based electronic case folder tracking system which is used by OCSS Intake and Court Services as well as the Office of Legal Affairs to electronically store client documents to be used to build a child support case as well as for their in a court hearing. There are upcoming enhancements to the system including auto-assignment of virtual referrals, integration with the Locate system, Operational Dashboards, and adding a new module for Enforcement. Application updates will also include advanced operational and statistical reports used by Senior Management. Tasks & Duties Co-ordinate Testing of application Develop test cases and acceptance criteria. Coordinate QA testing and acceptance between QA staff, developers, and stakeholders. Implement information technology quality assurance standards. Develop business and technical requirements Identify user stories and translate them into technical requirements as needed. Develop user stories and break down requirements into deliverable functionality. Review the requirements with stakeholders for their approval. Create GUI designs for each screen. Provide Management Reporting and Information dissemination Analyze and document current systems and processes as currently implemented. Make recommendations for improvements based on client feedback. Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to specification and on time.
