The Finance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of our financial services and products, working closely with customers to secure the best financing options for their powersports purchases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the powersports industry.Key Responsibilities:Guide customers through the financing process, explaining all available financing options.Work with lending institutions to obtain the best possible terms and rates for customers.Prepare all necessary paperwork, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and lender regulations.Manage and submit loan applications, reviewing approval criteria and ensuring accurate completion.Ensure prompttimely contract funding.Offer and sell additional financial products and services such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other protective products.Collaborate with sales and service teams to create seamless and positive customer experiences.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current financing programs, lender guidelines, and industry trends.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to financing and sales.Register and title all vehicles ensuring customer ownershipRequirements:Proven experience in a finance manager role, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry.Strong understanding of finance, lending practices, and credit applications.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.Benefits:Competitive wage and performance-based bonuses.Health insurance.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid sick daysVacation PayEmployee discounts on powersports products and services.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
