They continue to engage in exciting and large-scale projects, ensuring every day you walk in is a new adventure.Your new role As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects related to utilities and civil infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgetsOverseeing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality controlCollaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project successManaging project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materialsEnsuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codesMonitoring progress and providing regular updates to senior managementManaging project risks and resolving issues as they ariseEnsuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of qualityWhat you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field5-10 years of experience in civil construction project managementStrong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsIn-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipmentAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExperience working on construction projects in New York City is a plusWhat you'll get in return Competitive compensation between $150k - $170k base salary, including health insurance, accrued vacation time, and a 401(k) plan.
