DineAmic Hospitalityis seeking Hosts who will ensure that our guests have an extraordinary dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. As the first point of contact for our patrons, Hosts represent the excellent service, high standards, and overall hospitality of the staff of the restaurant. Candidates should have the ability to multi-task efficiently and maintain a positive and professional approach with team members and guests. What You Will Do Warmly greet guests with eye contact and a smile, inform them of wait times and seating options in a pleasant manner, and confidently escort them to their tableProvide direction and resolution to all patron inquiries; Answer and make telephone calls per company standards and guidelinesBecome well-versed in our menu items in order to field questions and make recommendations with a personal touch that is unmatchedMaintain the appearance of the entryway and coat check area, making sure the area is presentable, clean, and organizedAssist with delivery and takeout ordersClean, organize, and stock menus at host areaCreate a lasting, positive impression by bidding guests a fond farewell upon their departure and extending a sincere invitation for their returnAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management What You Need to Have 1+ year(s) experience as a host or similar role; experience in a fine dining establishment andor high-volume restaurant requiredWorking knowledge of booking systems; experience with Open Table required Ability to carry on a pleasant conversation with guests without sounding scriptedAbility to maintain composure under periods of high stress and high volumeAccuracy and speed in executing assigned tasksA passion for quality and respect for team members and guestsFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to move, bend, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance; Stand or Walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shiftFood Handlers Certification required Why You'll Love It Here Paid Time Off Paid Sick Leave Commuter BenefitsReferral Bonuses 401K + Match Food & Beverage Discount Dineamic Hospitality is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
