Spotnana IT is responsible for delivering world-class enterprise systems and solutions that enable our growing business to work effectively both internally and with external customers. The Manager, IT Operations at Spotnana will be responsible for the day-to-day employee experience with IT including local office support, 247365 helpdeskremote support (L1, L2), deployment, tracking, and collection of employee IT resources, and providing ongoing training and education materials to support effective use of IT systems.What you'll ownBuild, hire, and develop and manage an IT Operations team that lives Spotnana's valuesDeliver business results in the areas of IT OperationsDeveloper standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical IT processes taking cross-functional requirements and business needs into considerationCoordinate staffing and scheduling to support 247365 IT helpdesk support (L1, L2) to provide consistent service to a global workforceDrive the evaluation, deployment, and management of IT Operations tools and systemsEvaluate and make recommendations on staffing, outsourcing, purchasing, and in-house development of systems and processes for IT OperationsModel skills and behavior aligned with Spotnana's Values and Operating PrinciplesExperience to bring with you3-5 years experience managing an IT Operations teamExperience with service deskservice management, employee onboarding, and enterprise tool managementDemonstrably deep understanding of IT Operations and ServiceSupport needs in a high-growth technology companyAbility to reason holistically about end-to-end Enterprise ecosystems: from online sales portals to marketing tools to GCPExperience building and maintaining automation and integration of enterprise IT SaaS platformsExperience building corporate IT knowledge bases and writing policiesprocessesThe ability to build a cohesive IT Operations team and to manage, coach, and develop a global team effectivelyKnowledge and understanding of best practices for service managementExperience ensuring all processes used by the IT Operations are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improvedUnderstanding of IT Operations metrics and how to collect, report, and analyze that data to assess team and business performanceExperience working with leadership to execute on strategic IT investments, and creatively meeting the non-homogeneous business needs across various departments Willing and able to work from either our New York City or Palo Alto, CA office in a hybrid structureLet's talk compensationSpotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive and equitable compensation. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position's compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
