We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce, reflecting the communities we serve.If you are ready to make a difference as part of the world's greatest sports team, apply to join our team today!OVERVIEW:Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesMeasurement of Store ProcessesDesign, create, and maintain a catalog of all labor standards in stores including ongoing measurement methods and criteriaBuild and measure time and motion studies for discrete store processes and activities focused on the impact to store labor, payroll, and customer experienceProvide feedback to leadership on the priority, timing, and methods to measure DSG store activitiesAssist with the creation of process documentation to align with best practices, taking a data-centric approach to how best to complete all processes within storesContinuous ImprovementThrough methods such as AB testing, process evaluation, and modeling, provide feedback to improve store productivity for both operational and customer-focused processesEnsure that new technology and ways of working improve our store procedures, taking both anecdotal feedback and time and motion studies into considerationCollaborationSupport process teams in documenting work methods and execution of engineered labor standardsDrive alignment of labor standards with both process owners and the labor management teamPartner with process teams on change management including documentation, communication, and executionQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred)3-5 Years Experience in Engineered Labor Standards, Labor Management, SOP Documentation, Process and Continuous ImprovementPossess and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures within a retail storeDocumentation of Standard Operating Procedures within a retail environmentMaynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST)This role requires significant travel with 50% of time spent traveling to stores throughout the US.#LI-SL1
