Poste et missionsThe Global Markets Post-Trade IT team is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for Fixed Income, EquitySecurities Lending, and Credit Trading applications. Our responsibilities encompass both operational support (functional and technical) and project-related initiatives. The team engages in various phases of application development, including user needs assessment, analysis, design, implementation, delivery, support, and maintenance, all within an Agile framework. We are seeking an Operations IT Business Analyst specializing in the Equities Booking and Post-Trade domain, particularly in areas such as EquitySecurities Lending, Operations, Compliance, and Accounting. The successful candidate will collaborate with Operations mainly, but also with Front Office and other support functions. HeSheThey will provide support to end users and manage projects ranging from small enhancements to large-scale initiatives, including business, regulatory, and operational evolutions, as well as strategic efforts aimed at modernizing legacy Back-Office applications. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis Project Management: Collaborate closely with user representatives (traders, operations personnel, etc.) to gather and document business requirements. Conduct and document impact and gap analyses. Evaluate IT solutions to determine the best fit for business needs. Develop detailed functional specifications for IT development teams. Define and execute test scripts. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Engage in project scoping and planning, progress reporting, and the identification and management of issues and risks, ensuring effective communication throughout. Functional Support Maintenance: Provide day-to-day support for Booking and Back Office applications, including booking, straight-through processing, settlement, clearing, reporting, and accounting. The salary range for this position will be between $145,000 - $180,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.Profil et comptences requises•Bachelors degree.•Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business analysis within the finance industry.•Functional knowledge of EquitySecurities Lending activities from a operations perspective including booking, settlement, clearing, reporting and accounting for US broker dealer.•Familiarity with Broker Dealer systems (e.g., Phase 3Shadow Suite), and trading systems such as Sophis (or equivalent), Smart Loan, Loanet,. •Proficiency in SQL.•Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, coupled with the ability to propose effective solutions to complex problems.•Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.•Familiarity with Agile practices and methodologies.
