Title - Architectural Precast Salesperson Duration - PermanentDirect Hire Role Location - In Market of NY (Work remotely from home for administrative tasks and reporting Travel extensively to visit customers (""road warrior"" role)) Pay range - $85-$110k Key Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face (F2F) sales calls within the assigned territory 4-5 days per week Work remotely from home for administrative tasks and reporting Travel extensively to visit customers (""road warrior"" role) Build and maintain client relationships in Middleburg, PANew York, NY and surrounding areas Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in architectural concrete sales (not just commodity sales) Ability to sell custom, made-to-order products Strong understanding of general contractors (GCs) in the Northeast (NY, NJ, DE, DC, Northern VA) Sales cycle ranges from 3 months to 5 years - must be patient and strategic Prior experience in precast (some people with precasting exp. in estimating, marketing, or drafting is a plus and have worked out but they need someone with GC relationships already in the field) Preferred Location: North Jersey area (close enough to reach NYC within an hour) NYC-based architects are key targets, so quick access to the city is necessary Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 (dependent on experience) Corporate perks: Company card for travel expenses, mileage reimbursement, phonelaptop provided Travel expenses covered: Train, overnight stays, etc. Hiring Process: HR Screening Interview Online Interview (with President & HR) Potential additional interview In-person plant visit Pay Range : $85-$110k The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
