A Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Coordinator Supervisor to lead and oversee a team of coordinators. The Coordinator Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining high standards of client and aide interactions, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring accountability in key performance areas, including overtime management, timekeeping, and addressing missed visits. Bilingual Requirement: Must Speak Spanish.Key Responsibilities Include:Team Supervision: Provide leadership and supervision to the team of coordinators, offering guidance, support, and training as needed.Quality Assurance: Ensure coordinators maintain respectful and effective communication with clients and aides to uphold satisfaction and service standards.Report Management: Oversee daily and weekly reports, tracking metrics like overtime and timekeeping, and ensuring compliance with agency policies.Missed Visit Accountability: Track, investigate, and address any missed visits promptly to maintain accountability and minimize service disruptions.Operational Efficiency: Monitor daily scheduling and coverage, working closely with coordinators to meet client needs proactively.Documentation: Use HHAeXchange and other systems to maintain records, track performance, and generate reports for management as required.Continuous Improvement: Identify areas to enhance coordination practices and implement changes to improve service quality and operational efficiency.Ideal Qualifications:Proven supervisory experience, ideally within home care coordination.Proficiency in HHAeXchange software.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Effective leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.Experience in a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) or similar healthcare setting.Thorough understanding of scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management practices.This role is ideal for a dedicated leader with a background in healthcare coordination, seeking a position where they can make a positive impact on team performance and client satisfaction.Salary: $70k - $90kYear (DOE)To apply, please send your resume to
