Accommodate all requests and special needs for guests and ClientsCook: follow recipe guidelines to cook and produce food for breakfast, lunch, dinner andor catered eventsQuality Check: ensure consistent quality on all prepared items; taste food to ensure flavor, freshness and qualityMaintain: maintain the line during service hours, ensuring batches of food are being served at ideal temperature and that proper quantities are continually availableCleanlinessOrganization: maintain a clean and organized workstation; maintain kitchen equipment and follow proper rotation and storage of food and ingredientsSafety: follow all safety and sanitation procedures within set guidelines from OSHA, HACCP and Department of Public Health and Risk Management - and ensure your team is following guidelines as wellOther duties as assignedKnowledge and Skills Excellent culinary skills and experience with high volume production and large batch cookingUtilization of kitchen tools and equipment in a fast, efficient and safe mannerAbility to follow all company policies in areas of attendance, safety, sanitation and safe food handlingBasic problem-solving skills and ability to multi-taskRequirements Minimum 2 years of Line Cook experienceHigh school diploma or GED; culinary degree preferred but not requiredPreferred Have and maintain an active Food Handlers CertificationAbout: Flagship Culinary Services is dedicated to helping companies provide high quality dining experiences for their employees and visitors.
