The expected base salary range for this position is between 76,211.00 USD - 114,317.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive andor long-term incentives. As a family company, benefits are a key piece of our Total Rewards package as well and we're proud to provide a comprehensive, competitive, and differentiated benefits program that our people and their families value.ABOUT THE ROLEThis role will help us optimize the operation of existing equipment and processes throughout the building.The ideal candidate will be focused, organized, and detail-oriented with applicable experience at a fast-paced consumer packaged goods company.We're looking for someone who's flexible, nimble, comfortable with getting down and dirty, and takes ownership from day one.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAbility to create, modify and troubleshoot complex PLC programs and HMI programs and read electrical schematicsProven, working knowledge of Rockwell Automation PLC and HMI programming softwareWorking knowledge of high-speed packaging equipment and have some experience with mechanical pneumatical functions and operationsDemonstrated competence handling and troubleshooting basic mechanical related issues at timesWorking knowledge of LEAN, TPM and predictive maintenance processes are a plus, but not requiredCoordinate facility, trade and OEM-service contractors.Maintain all PLCHMI programs for compounding, packaging and building systems, edit and write PLC programs, createmodify HMI screens, and perform basic electrical troubleshooting and functional modifications.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRINGMinimum of 5 years' experience with automation and controlsAt least 2 years of experience working in a consumer-packaged goods or related industry manufacturing + production environmentDemonstrated, independent execution of electrical or automation projectsEDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering TechnologyJOB REQUIREMENTSFull-time position Work hours:3rd Shift: 9:45pm - 6:15am, Sunday - Thursday Occasional mandatory weekends expectedBENEFITS AND PERKSProfit sharing bonusRockstar health insurance benefits packageJollydays: competitive vacation bundleGenerous retirement match + pre-tax savings optionsMonthly Mobile Phone Allowance3 Care Days (a.k.a.
