About the Role As an Automation Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs within our automated pharmacy fulfillment center to enable consistent and peak performance. Your responsibilities will include:Analyze, maintain, and repair sensory systems along with mechanical and industrial equipmentComplete scheduled preventative maintenanceManage inventory and storage of spare parts and tools as per protocolMaintain records of maintenance activities and repairs, proactively reporting any area of concern to management with solution recommendationsEnsure operational functionality of base building systems (plumbing, electrical, security)Requirements Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Documents, Gmail)Strong verbal and written communication skillsAt least 1 year of experience in automated facilities (fulfillment, pharmacy, manufacturing, food and beverage), including strong familiarity and proficiency within their maintenance and repairAt least 1 year of experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical components (interface devices, relays, time delay circuits, fuses, solenoids, sensors, and motors)You can read engineered diagrams and can liftcarry up to 50 lbs unassistedMust have availability to work within listed schedules, ideally starting within the next two weeks; Shifts: 8AM -8:30PM Thursday, Friday, SaturdayWhat We OfferThe starting anticipated earnings for this position is between $30 and $32 per hourComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverageThe opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in healthcare and technologyThe opportunity to execute on a high-impact mission, to build a pharmacy that works for everyone, within a $425 billion pharmacy industry touching 70% of Americans once a monthCapsule is committed to hiring the best team possible to build a pharmacy that works for everyone.
