Competitive SalaryCompetitive BenefitsAbout Our ClientOur Client is a reputable General Contracting and Real Estate Development firm in the Commercial sector.Job DescriptionThe Construction Estimator in Manhattan will provide conceptual and detailed estimates of projects ranging from $10M to over $100M.Assist the Chief Estimator in preparing comprehensive conceptual estimates.Oversee projects for municipal agencies and ensure compliance with regulations.Conduct quantitative takeoffs and provide accurate pricing to support Lump Sum proposals.Manage and coordinate project documents across various delivery methods.Research and present up-to-date unit pricing data.Prepare detailed clarifications and qualifications to accompany estimates.Provide thorough backup documentation for estimate reviews and analyses.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
