The position will ensure that all publicly accessible areas of the church are clean and ready for other staff members and the congregation to use. Responsibilities include, but not limited to make minor repairs, change light bulbs, vacuum, sweep, and scrub floors, sanitize surfaces, and restock items, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies. This role may also maintain supply inventory, submit purchase requests, and assist with preparations for events, such as weddings or funerals.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Personal:Maintain the God ordained priorities in your life putting Jesus Christ at the center of everything including your spouse, children, and the ministryPassionate about tithing at least 10% of your income to what God is doing through the vision of Faith ChurchInvest in and lead a Faith Church connect groupBe responsible for developing & multiplying Dream Team Avoid the appearance of evil, let no hint of immorality exist and conduct life with the upmost of integrity in all situationsAttend services regularly with your entire familyMaintain loyalty to the vision and staff of Faith Church and always protect the unity God has given this churchBelieves and operates in the gifts of the SpiritWholeheartedly believes in the empowerment of women in Pastoral leadershipFully devoted follower of ChristPerson of Godly character and integrityLoves Faith Church and lives our vision and cultureIn alignment with What We Believe and Leadership Core Values Personal social media posts in regards to Church activity must be aligned exclusively with Faith ChurchEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure compliance per CDC guidelines in all sanitation necessary.Maintain hygienic cleanliness of entire building, including corporate offices, sanctuaries, common areas and outdoor space.Adhere to daily safety operations and business development efforts for assigned campus cleaning functions, for church buildings and other locations as assigned.Develop and enforce standard operating procedures.Maximize product quality inspections.Manages Asana for all staff cleaning needs.Order, control, manage and purchase inventory, including but not limited to taking inventory of cleaners and other supplies and submitting requests when items need to be replenished for their campuses or assigned work location.Assist Facilities with record-keeping and maintenance schedules. As needed, pull inventory for events and staff requests for all municate and equipped Easter Seals with resources for day to day duties.Oversee the cleaning of the church facilities through completion of weekly duties and daily spot cleaning in all public and other designated areas of the building, including bathrooms, sanctuary, kitchens, and meeting rooms.Work with other departments to ensure that all areas are cleaned and stocked with necessary items.Observe proper chemical handling procedures when working with cleaning agents, including wearing gloves, goggles, or masks and following written or verbal form facility team of minor repairs noticed, such as changing light bulbs and restocking bathrooms, and making repairs in areas cleaned.Assist with event clean up.Develop a dedicated Dream Team that is scheduled for weekly cleaning teract with church staff and visitors in a respectful, positive petenciesMust have a heart for the Church and be a growing follower of Christ.Excellent communication, comprehension, and customer service skills.Understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures.Have the ability to make basic repairs, including plumbing and electrical work.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience leading teams or groups Flexibility in schedule to suit the needs of the church. Ability to work independently.Enjoys a fast paced environmentWork EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment and includes all aspects of the building and grounds.Physical DemandsThis position is a highly physical role, including moving, bending, pushing, mopping, vacuuming, and similar activities on a regular basis throughout the day. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThe weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week.
