Head Housekeeper in New York

Job Title: Housekeeper Location: New York City & Hamptons (Townhouse Preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time, Flexible Schedule We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Housekeeper to support a UHNW family in their New York City townhouse and Hamptons residence. The ideal candidate will have exceptional housekeeping, organizational, and service skills, with the ability to manage a variety of household tasks with professionalism and attention to detail. Basic cooking and meal preparation skills are also required. Experience working in luxury or UHNW family households is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Housekeeping & Organization: Perform daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and organizing of all areas of the home. Ensure the home remains in immaculate condition and establish a regular cleaning schedule for consistency. Laundry & Ironing: Manage all aspects of laundry care, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens. Expertise in caring for delicate fabrics and ensuring items are perfectly pressed is required. Basic Cooking & Meal Prep: Prepare simple meals and assist with meal prep for the family. Flexibility to accommodate dietary preferences and the ability to follow meal plans is essential. Pet Care: Care for a small dog, including feeding, walking, and ensuring the pet's general well-being. Qualifications: Previous experience working as a housekeeper in UHNW family households or luxury settings. Exceptional cleaning, organization, laundry, and ironing skills. Basic cooking and meal prep skills with the ability to follow dietary preferences. Comfortable with pet care responsibilities. Ability to navigate and manage smart home technology. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Professional, polished appearance and demeanor. Flexible with schedule and willingness to adjust to family needs.
