Need a mix of technical, mechanical and troubleshooting skills to ensure buildings and equipment function properly.Technical Skills Desired (expertise in 3 or more): Electrical Maintenance Plumbing Skills Carpentry and General Repairs HVAC Systems General Handyman ServicesEssential Requirements: Valid driver's license with clean record Experience operating commercial vans Computer Proficiency Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities High level of organization and self-motivation Physical ability to perform trade work Power Tools and Hand Tool ProficiencySchedule and Availability: Variable start and end times On-call rotation for emergency servicesWeekend Extended hours during high-demand periodsNot a standard 9-5 positionNote: This is a mobile position requiring continuous travel between job sites.
