With a team of 180 professionals and expanding, it remains dedicated to driving innovation in the advertising space.Role Overview:This position is focused on building and nurturing relationships within the shopper marketing and advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain strong connections with shopper marketing agencies and brands, particularly in the CPG sector.Build and manage a sales pipeline, keeping track of client relationships and opportunities with shopper marketing agencies and CPG brandsIdentify new business prospects while expanding existing advertiser partnerships.Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and execute successful campaigns.Work closely with sales development representatives to generate leads and secure meetings.Contribute to marketing initiatives and provide insights for product innovation.Represent the company at industry events and conferences.Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targetsPitch company product offering to clients via in person presentations and lunch and learnsIdeal Candidate Profile:Passionate about digital media and advertising technology.High level of professionalism and integrity.Enjoys entertaining and networking, engaging in meaningful discussions, and fostering client relationships.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed expectations.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to prioritize effectively, work efficiently under deadlines, and demonstrate a sense of urgency.Proven track record of sales success, including acquiring new business and exceeding targets.Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital media shopper marketing CPG sales with a strong performance history.Strong background in calling on CPG brands direct and shopper marketing agencies Comp: Up to $170k base + bonus
