You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Process documents electronicallyMake outbound calls to doctor's office should volume permitsProcess claimsReceives, processes, and ensures document classification are completed and transmitted to clients.Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type.Identifies documents and their purpose; creating a database of information.Classifies documents based on contract requirements.Verifies data from automated data extraction tools.Ensures transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level.Position Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalencyProficiency use in (MS office, teams, outlook, word)Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internetMust be able to pass a typing testMust be able to sit for long periods and willing to work overtime if needed.Well organized along with strong computer typing skills for effective note-takingExcellent Customer Service and communication skillsStrong Data Entry skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be available to work weekends and holidays if required For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
