Hospice ChaplainPer VisitThe Parker Jewish Institute, located in New Hyde Park, New York, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chaplain with prior Hospice and Spiritual Coordination experience, to join our team in Hospice, to provide spiritual care to our Hospice patients, their loved ones, and as appropriate, using an inter-faith model of care and working within the patient's belief and value system.This position that will include field visits in Queens and Nassau counties in addition to in-patient visits.Parker Jewish Institute Hospice and Home Health Care offers the finest in home health and hospice services from an interdisciplinary team of health care professionals.
