You will be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating team tasks, and overseeing projects within the IT Infrastructure & Operations Portfolio.Requirements Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of financial resources and adherence to budget constraints. Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate work at the team level, establish goals, and lead team planning meetings to ensure alignment and productivity. Technical Expertise: Handle technical tasks including creating network diagrams, installing circuits, maintaining data centers, and managing connections. Project Oversight: Ensure that all projects meet design specifications and deliverables, aligning with business unit requirements. Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Visio and MS Project to plan and execute projects efficiently. Required Experience: Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and build consensus. Analytical Skills: Strong capability in analyzing complex problems and devising effective solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey ideas and technical information clearly. Organizational Skills: Skilled in managing multiple projects with shifting priorities while maintaining focus on goals and deadlines. Additional Responsibilities: Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans. Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and devise mitigation strategies. Team Management: Lead and manage project teams and external contractors to ensure project success. Progress Monitoring: Track and report on project milestones and outcomes. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all projects comply with company policies and regulatory standards. Maintain thorough documentation of all project activities. Technical Skills: Must Have: Expertise in circuit management, substation experience, and strong problem-solving skills. Nice To Have: PMP certification, experience in IT project portfolio management.
