We deliver far more than just on time and on budget-we deliver with MORE Paschen.Position Overview:Project ManagerCM is responsible for all activities from RFPRFQ opportunity evaluation through and including completion of construction. Typical projects are suburban schools and municipal buildings. The Project ManagerCM works with other F.H. Paschen resources to prepare and submit proposals and follow through with project engineers and superintendents to deliver the projects.Assigned Responsibilities: Evaluate RFPRFQ opportunities Work with Marketing Department on developing construction management proposals for owners Work with department head to establish general conditions, general requirements, and fee for proposals Participatelead interviews with owners and architects Work with preconstruction department on precon services, including budgeting and value engineering Develop detailed scopes of work by trade Advertise bids Participate in bid opening with owner and architects Work with Project Engineers and Superintendents to deliver the projects. Other duties as assigned Requirements B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering and minimum 5 years of construction experience. Experience in K-12 education, municipal, and suburban markets is preferred. Well versed in various procurement processes, including CM@Risk and design-bid build Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously. Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management. Computer skills, knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, good communication and organizational skills are necessary.
