As a Financial Analyst II, you will support the financial activities of US Dealers with: month end closing, financial analysis and reporting, as well as day to day financial activities.You will report directly to Finance Manager DealerIncentives.Key Responsibilities•Assist in the monthly closing process to ensure timely and accurate results•Responsible for financial reporting including analysis, interpretation and communication of monthly financial results; lead deviation analysis and explanation of key performance drivers; assist with monthly forecasting.•Support customer deductions process with customer services and sales.•Manage customer rebate, marketing allowance and other incentive accruals and payment.•Provide adhoc analysis including but not limited to customer profitability, margin analysis, contractdeal analysis and cost reduction.•Provide adhoc support to commercial team.•Work collaboratively with cross functional partners, including business services, marketing, credit, and supply chain.Qualifications•A bachelor's degree in a finance related field preferred, or at least 4 years of relevant experience is required. •Proficient in MS Excel.•Knowledge of SAPor ERT experience preferred.•Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase ReportingHyperion Planning preferred.•Ability to provide detailed information to management in a summarized and succinct manner.•Power BI experience preferred.•Must have ability to analyze and interpret financial data and determine appropriate course of action.About us:Pittsburgh Paint Co., formerly part of PPG, is an industry leader in residential and commercial architectural coatings through its well-known portfolio of brands, including GLIDDEN®, OLYMPIC®, LIQUID NAILS®, HOMAX®, PITTSBURGH PAINTS & STAINS®, Manor Hall®, FLOOD®, DULUX® (in Canada), and SICO®, among others.
